Quick processing berries at -30°C to -40°C. This quick-freezing process ensures that the water content inside the berries are small ice crystals. These tiny crystals prevent the cell walls of the berries from breaking down.

Careful Sorting

At Pharmeko Lettland, we provide Grade A and Grade B Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) berries. Our modern facility ensures each berry keeps its natural taste, color, and nutrients. Berries are carefully sorted on a high-tech sorting line and dedicated employees monitor the process to ensure only the best berries are selected.

Quality Checks

To maintain top quality, we take berry samples every 30 minutes and run multiple tests in our laboratory. This helps us ensure consistency and high standards.
